Privacy policy

You can browse the catalog without creating an account. When customer accounts are available, Shopify handles sign-in and provides your customer identifier, name, email address, marketing preference and order history. Orders and checkout may also require delivery, billing and payment information.

This storefront keeps a customer identifier, a saved cart reference and a promotions preference so your account can restore your cart and show your preferences. Session credentials are encrypted on the server. Infrastructure providers may process connection information, such as your IP address and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

We use information to provide sign-in, display your orders, manage your cart and preferences, process purchases when checkout is available, respond to enquiries and prevent misuse. Essential processing supports the service you request, our legal obligations and the security of the store.

Promotional email preferences are optional. Choosing to receive promotions is separate from accepting these terms or placing an order. You can change your preference in your account when customer accounts are available, or use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email.

The storefront uses cookies for the shopping cart, account session, temporary sign-in verification and language preference. The account session cookie lasts up to 30 days; the temporary sign-in cookie lasts up to 10 minutes. Signing out clears the storefront account session.

This storefront does not currently include an advertising or analytics tracking integration. Shopify sign-in and checkout have their own privacy controls. If optional tracking is introduced, its details and any required consent controls must be provided before it is used.

Shopify provides customer accounts and commerce services when connected. Our hosting and database providers support website delivery and account storage. Payment and delivery providers receive the information needed to perform their part of a purchase. Personal information may be processed outside your country by these providers; applicable transfer safeguards depend on the service and relevant law.

Account sessions expire after up to 30 days unless renewed by signing in. Saved cart references and preferences can remain after a session ends. Order records are held through Shopify when the store is connected. Information is retained as needed to provide the relevant service, handle enquiries and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

We use encrypted session credentials and secure account cookies in production. No method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed completely secure.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred beforehand. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
