Using this website
These terms cover your use of the Continental Love website. Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse accounts or submit fraudulent orders. Mandatory rights provided by applicable law continue to apply.
The catalog may be available before online ordering opens. A product marked ‘Coming soon’ cannot be purchased through this site. Browsing a product or saving a cart does not reserve stock or create an order.
Customer accounts
When enabled, customer accounts use Shopify sign-in. Keep access to your email account secure and provide accurate information. Your account can display order history, a saved cart and promotional preferences. Account availability depends on the connected Shopify store.
Agreeing to these terms does not subscribe you to promotional email. Marketing choices are managed separately.
Products and prices
Product photographs and descriptions help you assess an item. Colors can vary with your screen. Sizes, materials, available stock and care instructions should be checked on the product page before purchase.
Confirmed prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges and available payment methods are displayed when checkout is available. We do not charge through preview catalog pages. A promotional headline does not replace the final order details shown at checkout.
Orders and payment
Online purchases are processed through Shopify checkout when the store is connected. Review your items, delivery address, price and applicable policies before submitting an order. An order confirmation or subsequent acceptance message explains the status of your purchase.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or a material product or pricing error is discovered, we will communicate the issue through the contact information provided with the order and handle any required cancellation or refund under applicable law.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
Available destinations, shipping costs and delivery estimates must be confirmed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. The offer terms explain the advertised shipping promotion.
We offer a 30-day return request window from delivery. Contact Continental Love within that window to request return instructions. Item eligibility, condition requirements, return shipping costs and any exclusions must be disclosed before purchase. This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation, return, warranty or refund rights.
Website content and external services
Continental Love branding, photographs and other site content may be protected by intellectual property rights. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission from the rights holder.
External websites and services, including Shopify and social platforms, operate under their own terms. We may update the website and these terms. The version applying to a purchase is the version in effect when that purchase is made, subject to applicable law.
